Upholstery Tufting Needle and Button Set

Overview

A tufting needle is a long, double-pointed needle used to pull button twine through foam and fabric when creating button-tufted upholstery. Lengths range from 10 to 18 inches depending on the foam depth being worked. Upholstery buttons are fabric-covered buttons with a wire loop on the back through which the twine passes. Button maker tools allow shops to cover buttons in matching fabric on-site.
