By creating an account or using StitchDesk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using StitchDesk on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

StitchDesk provides an AI-powered management platform for upholstery shops, including AI yardage calculations, pattern matching assistance, project pipeline tracking, fabric inventory management, smart scheduling, and shop analytics. Features may vary by subscription tier.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StitchDesk for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Resell or redistribute access to StitchDesk without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

StitchDesk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StitchDesk and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StitchDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. AI-generated yardage calculations, pattern suggestions, and scheduling recommendations are provided as decision-support tools and should not replace professional judgment.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to StitchDesk at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

StitchDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
