Labor rates: Typically $40-$85/hour depending on region and experience

Foam replacement: $150-$400 per cushion for high-density foam

Material markup: Industry standard is 15-25% above wholesale cost

Remember: Always factor in pickup/delivery fees, disposal costs for old materials, and a contingency buffer for hidden damage discovered during stripping.
